It is rare for Sarah Jessica Parker to open up about her 16 year marriage to husband Matthew Broderick.
But in a new interview for the much coveted September issue of Harper's Bazaar magazine, The Sex And The City star cannot help but gush about her partner and father of her three children.
The 46-year-old speaks of her undying love for the 51-year-old actor as she poses in a stunning photo shoot.

'I love our life. I love that he’s the father of my children, and it’s because of him that there’s this whole other world that I love.'
The actress also adds that she and Matthew, whose marriage was once rocked by claims of the actor's infidelity in 2008, never thought their relationship would come under the microscope so much.

'Matthew and I come from a different time and place. When we were young people, all we ever wanted was to be good working actors. We didn’t think of fame or money because, honestly, money was never part of the dream,' she explains.  
'It was to work in theater, to be around those people whose work I was in total awe of. I never saw the trappings; nobody talked about being a celebrity.

'So when our marriage came up in conversation, it wouldn’t occur to us that we were obligated to respond to allegations or gossip. You have to be a bit circumspect, but you also have to take up a position, and you have to stick to it'
For an accompanying shoot for the magazine, shot by Terry Richardson, SJP shows off her incredibly toned figure in a floor length sheer black dress, her modesty merely covered by a sequined and feather peacock design.
She wears her blonde ombre hair out in a loose wave and shows off a dazzling diamond bracelet.
The actress also models a fun and flirty low-cut pink feathered dress.
Sarah also discusses with the magazine the  exciting upcoming launch of her new shoe collection, simply called SJP.
She is collaborating on the line with with George Malkemus, CEO of Manolo Blahnik, the shoe company she helped make an even bigger name thanks to her role of Carrie Bradshaw in Sex And The City.
'The shoe business is so exciting because we don’t have to think of black and brown as the only neutrals anymore,' she says.
The successful star says she loves collaborating with fashion labels as it helps broadens her knowledge on one of her favourite subjects.
'We’ve all worked with complicated people and I always think that I can disarm them. I love collaborating. I’m a great listener and learner, and I don’t think I know more than they do. I’m transparent,' she says.
