The 27-year-old starlet practiced her Krav Maga moves on the cowering talk show host before beating him at a game of Catchphrase.

And the Les Miserable actress did it all in a black sleeveless top, matching trousers, and high-heeled stilettos.

'It's Israeli fight training. I work with this girl named Avatel and I've only had four sessions. But go ahead, choke me. Do it,' Amanda dared Jimmy.
After lunging at the blonde bombshell, Seyfried used both arms to subdue to late night host into submission.

'You almost broke my wrist. Oh, that hurt me there,' Fallon stuttered.

Amanda, realizing she slightly injured Jimmy, turned apologetic.

She said, 'Sorry, my technique is off. Oh I'm so sorry and you've got the baby.'

The Big Love actress donned a brunette curly wig to play the title role in the biopic about porn star Linda Lovelace.

Seyfried recently revealed that she had fun simulating oral sex on her co-star Peter Sarsgaard, who plays her husband-turned pimp Chuck.

The simulations were fun to shoot!' she told Vanity Fair.

To prepare, Amanda read Linda's books, studied her New York accent, and met with Linda's children and lawyer.
