Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick put paternity test drama behind them on day out with children Mason and Penelope

Its been a tough few weeks for Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick who were forced to undergo invasive medical tests to prove little Mason is not the son of male model Michael Girgenti.
But DNA results released this week proved beyond doubt that the adorable three year-old's biological father is Scott.
On Saturday the young family looked like they were putting the drama firmly behind them as they ran errands near their home in Calabasas, Los Angeles.

Relaxed and happy, there was no sign of the strain they must have been under as they dealt with a very public questioning over their son's paternity.
Girgenti claimed to have had a sexual relationship with Kourtney after meeting during a photoshoot in 2008.
Earlier this month he filed a lawsuit demanding joint custody of the little boy and court ordered DNA tests.

Kourtney, 34, and Scott, 30, have always denied the 27-year-old's claim, with their attorney describing them as 'preposterous and an outrageous lie.'
They even denied Kourtney had ever been romantically involved with Girgenti and tests released this week stated Scott was 99.99 percent the father. 
Kourtney issued a statement saying: 'After three-and-a-half years of rumors and lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason’s father.'

She continued: 'While it saddens me to have to address these ridiculous lies — especially when the truth was never in doubt — this story must be put to rest.'
However the model is refusing to accept the results, claiming they could be forged and has a court date set for next month.
According to TMZ, Girgenti says the tests were carried out at an independent laboratory and he will only accept court-ordered ones.
