Nina Dobrev shows off her curves in plunging jumpsuit at the Teen Choice Awards... as she wins for The Vampire Diaries

She plays sultry bloodsucker Katherine Pierce on The Vampire Diaries.
But Nina Dobrev was just as seductive as her femme fatale character on the red carpet for the Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles, on Sunday.
The 24-year-old siren displayed her ample curves in a plunging jumpsuit featuring a brightly coloured splatter design as she snagged the award for Choice TV Actress for her work on The Vampire Diaries.

The stunning actress' fashion forward ensemble was designed by J. Mendel, with a plunging neckline bringing close attention to her cleavage.

 

Adorning her petite feet was a pair of open toed Dolce & Gabbana heels as she carried a Devi Kroell clutch.
Completing her getup was a pair of elegant Martin Katz earrings as she wore her brunette locks in a loose high ponytail.

'It's sunny, it's fun,' Nina gushed about the TCAs arrivals carpet. 'Everyone's here. It's fun driving in and seeing the fans.'

Just moments before she tweeted: 'On our way to the Teen Choice Awards with @lcristea !!! #excited #firstredcarpet #sandboxfriends'.
But the light-hearted musings comes after a recent breakup with her The Vampire Diaries co-star
Ian Somerhalder.

After the couple split in May she told American Cosmo: 'People aren't defined by their relationships. The whole point is being true to yourself and not losing yourself in relationships, whether romances or friendships.'

As she works to move on from her former Vampire Diaries beau, Nina revealed she has an 'old fashioned' sensibility when it comes to dating.

'A lot of what attracts me is a guy's mind and humour and talent,' she said about her perfect mate.

'A man in a suit looking put together and dapper is very attractive, but I also link of like the I-just-rolled-out-of-bed, a-little-bit-of-scruff, effortless, not-trying-hard-but-still-sexy guy.'

She continued: 'I need to know all those things before I fall for someone. I'm not a one-night-stand kind of girl. I'm a relationship girl.'
Nina won her Choice TV Actress award in the Fantasy/Sci-Fi category for her portrayal of doppelgänger characters Elena Gilbert and Katherine Pierce.
